A series fixes once and for all what must not move from one video to the next: the characters, their voices, the world, the style. You create it in “Series” then “New series”. After that, every episode reuses this cast without paying for it again.

The fields to fill in

The screen also offers the number of characters, the visual style, the tone, the language, the target audience and how episodes follow one another. The visual style is baked into the portraits as soon as they are created: you will not be able to change it afterward.

The overall idea describes an account, not a video

The app says it itself: “Describe the account, not a video: who these people are, where they live, what generally happens to them.” The characters, their voices and the world come out of this text, then every episode. It is reminded to the AI at every episode, including the ones that open a new story.

Series or episode: what goes where

The AI that designs the cast gets a precise instruction: each character must hold up across dozens of different stories. It defines them by what they are (personality, flaw, way of speaking, what they want), never by what happens to them in a plot. A character written for a twist becomes unusable from the next episode. If the series idea contains an event (“he loses his job, then he goes on a trip”), the AI takes it for a character trait. Keep events for the episodes.

Before / after

That is a plot: it will be used up in one episode.

Common mistakes

  • Telling a story instead of an account: take the event out and keep what repeats.
  • Describing a single character: give them reasons to cross paths and clash, episodes are born from their friction.
  • Imposing more than three characters on a one minute format: beyond that, none of them has time to exist.
  • Putting text to display in the visual field: it only describes the rendering, and it is injected into every image.
  • Leaving the visual field empty when you care about a precise look: the AI then interprets the category its own way, not necessarily the same twice.

Settings that go with it

  • Narration only, no characters: a voice tells, images illustrate (true stories, horror, news items). No cast to build: the series is created right away, at no cost.
  • Continuity: standalone episodes or serial. Details in Series episodes.
  • Voice, mascot, intros and outros: see Voice, mascot and intros and outros.
  • With characters, confirming starts building the cast: the AI writes the profiles, draws the portraits and assigns the voices. No video is produced. The screen shows the price before you confirm.
The cast can be touched up afterward from the series page (add, remove or rename a character, redraw a portrait). The visual style, however, can no longer be changed.
